Practical Informations • RISING FEST XIII

The RISING FEST is a two-day indoor festival. It has been organized by the Phoenix – Rising association every year since 2011.

Since 2017, it has taken place at the Espace Jean Bouhey.

Welcome

– Friday from 3:00 PM and Saturday from 2:30 PM
– Capacity: 500 people (standing)
– Cloakroom
– Food available on site (sandwiches, fries, vegetarian options, crepes, etc.)
– Bar (draft beer, soft drinks, wine, etc.)
– Merchandise (Stalls are run free of charge by association members. No commissions)
– Supervised parking during concerts.

ESPACE JEAN BOUHEY at LONGVIC – 37, route de Dijon – 21600 Longvic

Access from Dijon:
DIVIA BUS: Liane 6, Bouhey stop.
A bus will provide return transport to the city center after the concerts.
Its route passes through Place Wilson, République, Auditorium, and Toison d’Or.
Hotels are available along this route.
Access from Paris:
– TGV (1 hour 30 minutes) – Car (3 hours 30 minutes)
Access from Lyon:
– TGV (2 hours 40 minutes) – Car (2 hours)

We can offer a special rate for all three hotels: €94 for a double or twin room for two people, breakfast included. Each participant will make their own reservation directly with the hotels.
This rate is subject to availability, and participants must mention the code RISING FEST to take advantage of it.
This reservation can be modified or canceled up to seven days before arrival.
A bank guarantee and a phone number will be required to confirm the reservation with the hotel.

CAMPING:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer camping on the festival grounds themselves.
However, recognizing that it’s an affordable and generally pleasant accommodation option in Burgundy in October, we are offering shuttle services this year between the festival site and the Lac Kir campsite, located a few kilometers from Longvic (15 minutes by car), which can accommodate you with your tents or caravans.

WE DO NOT HANDLE CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS.
